c. information provided is confidential and may, with the permission of the User, be shared to Peer Supporters and/or the King's College London Counselling Service for the conducting of the service provided. User information is confidential except in the following circumstances:


 - Information shared with the King's College London Counselling Service for referrals to the Counselling Service,

- Information shared during Peer Support monthly check-up meetings,

- mandated reporting of abuse of children or adults,


- threats of suicide or homicide,


- any Information permitted or requested to be released by the User and


- those required by law;


   in each case, in accordance with this privacy policy.


11. We may use your Data for the above purposes if we deem it necessary to do so for our legitimate interests. If you are not satisfied with this, you have the right to object in certain circumstances (see the section headed "Your rights" below).

When you register an account as a member or when a User uses our contact form, Information provided is treated as confidential information that is only available to the Website administrators and/or members of the King's College London Peer Support Programme and King's College London Counselling Service.
